Affiliate Policy

The complete rules of the PlagCheckr Affiliate / Refer & Earn program. The headline offer is a 25% commission on the first eligible purchase, with a 5% commission on subsequent eligible purchases for six months as a continuing benefit.

1. Commission structure

First eligible purchase: 25%. Subsequent eligible purchases: 5%, for up to 6 months from the customer's first successfully completed eligible purchase. Marketing may emphasize the 25% first-purchase opportunity, but the 5% repeat rate is always disclosed wherever commissions are described.

2. Eligibility

• Only PAYG plagiarism-check purchases are eligible (Nepal and international, existing and future PAYG products explicitly marked eligible).
• Monthly subscriptions, humanizer subscriptions, legacy monthly plans and free admin grants are never eligible.
• First purchase means the customer's first-ever successfully completed eligible PAYG purchase — not first after click, signup, login or coupon.
• Existing paying customers cannot be retroactively attributed.

3. Approval

Accounts start PENDING on application. Administrators approve, reject, suspend or reactivate at their discretion. Only APPROVED affiliates earn; approval generates the referral code, referral URL and dashboard.

4. Attribution

• First-click attribution: the first affiliate link clicked owns the customer; later clicks never overwrite it.
• Tracking lasts 60 days via a first-party referral cookie, set only with marketing consent.
• Only the referral identifier is stored in the cookie — never email, names, bank or payout data.
• Attribution is validated server-side at purchase time.

5. Nepal calculation

Commission is 25% (first) or 5% (repeat) of the actual amount the customer paid — after site coupons, never the list price. Example: 300 checks listed at NPR 30,000 but paid at NPR 22,500 after a coupon pays NPR 5,625 first commission (22,500 × 25%). Internal costs are never subtracted from the affiliate calculation.

6. USD calculation

Commission is 25% (first) or 5% (repeat) of eligible net revenue on the actual paid total: gross charged minus payment-provider fees minus applicable deductions (e.g. tax). Example: a $300 list price paid at $220 after a provider coupon commissions on the $220 net (minus fees/tax), never $300. Actual provider fee data is used where available; where a provider reports no fee, the fee source is recorded as unavailable and gross-minus-tax applies. Administrators may manually adjust either currency after settlement.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

• Full refund: the commission is reversed in full.
• Partial refund: the commission is reduced proportionally.
• Payment dispute: the commission is held; a final chargeback reverses it; resolution in our favor releases it.
• Every reversal notifies the affiliate with original, reversed and remaining amounts plus the reason.

8. Adjustments and removal

Administrators may increase, decrease, override, hold, release, void or reverse commissions. Every action records the original amount, adjustment, final amount, currency, reason, admin and timestamp, and triggers a notification. Removed or voided commissions stay in history — financial records are never silently deleted.

9. Fraud and misuse

• Prohibited: self-referrals, fake or multiple accounts, circular referrals, cookie stuffing, forced cookies, bots, fake conversions, spam, misleading claims (including fake discounts or guarantees), impersonation, phishing, trademark abuse, and unauthorized paid ads or brand-keyword bidding.
• Signals are reviewed by administrators; accounts are never banned on IP alone.
• Violations lead to commission removal and suspension or termination.

10. Payouts

• Commissions are PENDING for 30 days, then AVAILABLE absent issues.
• Minimum withdrawal: NPR 10,000 or USD $100. Withdrawals need manual admin approval and are then marked paid with a reference.
• Nepal payouts go by bank transfer (country, bank, SWIFT/BIC where applicable, account name/number). International payouts go by bank or USDT (address + TRC20/ERC20/BEP20 network).
• Payout details are snapshotted at request time; later edits never alter a pending payout. Sensitive fields are masked wherever displayed.

11. Credit redemption

Available earnings convert at the affiliate-only rate of NPR 500 → 5 credits or USD $5 → 5 credits, subject to manual admin approval. Rejected redemptions return earnings to available. Credits never convert back into earnings.

12. Suspension and termination

Accounts breaching this policy, the Terms, or applicable law may be suspended (commissions held) or terminated (pending commissions voided, available balances settled per review). Appeals go to support.
